A classic red ragù typical of our region, made using only the best quality cuts of wild Umbrian boar. Flavoured with herbs from the Murlo Estate and cooked slowly using our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the meat gains a unique and authentic taste. About 3 servings per jar.
