Grey Grifo Placemats, Set of Two
€190,00
The Griffin, half eagle half lion, is considered the strongest mythological creature and for this reason has been the symbol of Perugia since the Medieval era. The piece is framed by four-leaf clovers, which have been the symbol par excellence of auspicious fortune for centuries.
The distinctive diamond pattern background was created by the founder, Giuditta Brozzetti, who was seeking a fabric that was more delicate and elegant than the heavier medieval Perugian Tablecloths.
Sold in pairs.
