Celaio wine is made from Syrah grapes, harvested and carefully selected from the vineyards of Tenuta di Murlo.
Ruby red with purple hues, bright and intense colour. On the fruity nose, we find blackberry, blueberry and a final nuance of licorice. On the palate the wine has a freshness and light sapidity. The 12-month aging process in new barrels gives the wine a softness and easy drinkability.
Mid-bodied wine, served at 18/20°C, it is perfect paired with traditional Umbrian dishes, such as lasagna, tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, pappardelle with hare sauce, but also with medium-aged cheeses and grilled meats.
