Baccicaia is made only with Syrah grapes from the vineyards of the Tenuta di Murlo, from carefully selected bunches collected in advance of the harvest of the grapes destined for red wines.
Crystalline, pale pink in color. The particular vivacity of the color reflects the youth of the wine, which we also find in the aromas, immediately intense on the nose and reminiscent of small red berries, currant and raspberry, as well as a light citrus and floral note. On the palate the wine is fresh and with a good flavor. The acidity is important but not intrusive, well balanced with the alcohol component and reflects the sensations found in the nose.
Medium-bodied wine, served at 10-12 ° C is excellent for aperitifs, fish dishes, cheeses, simple first courses and not to be underestimated when paired with pizza!
